In the just concluded event at Alagura palace tagged “SAY NO TO DEPRESSION” Honourable Fakayode Fisayo stated that our thoughts control our physical body and what we think in our heart has the potency to control our mood which can lead to depression. There is a need for people to be encouraged to be positive at all times. He equally said that when the level of negativity is reduced in our hearts, we stand a better chance of regulating depression in our body.
He further said that there is a compelling need for people to go for therapy or seek the service of a therapist for proper checkup and counsel if they find it difficult to control their thoughts.

Finally, he told the audience that the chief therapist of all time is our God, that if anything is wrong in our body, we can go to Him for solution.
He congratulated the children, parents and he equally thanked the kabiyesi and the Olori with all the chiefs for welcoming them into their gathering.
